Personal Information
First LA National Bank will collect, maintain and use only the minimum customer information necessary to enable us to deliver products and to conduct our business efficiently and effectively. Non-public personal information may include your name, social security number, address, telephone number, income or credit scores and is obtained from applications or other forms, your transactions with others or us and from consumer-reporting agencies. This applies to new accounts, loan applications and any service provided by the Bank.
The Bank will not disclose any non-public personal information about our customers or former customers to any external organization except when required by law or when the customer has authorized such release. The Bank supports the principles of consumer and business lending that some customer information may be released to reputable credit reporting agencies. Information about customer accounts, balances or other data will not be released to third parties unless the information is provided to help complete a customer-initiated transaction, the customer requested it or the information is required by or allowed by law (including subpoenas, court orders and regulatory examinations).
The Bank may share some personal information to business partners, such as ATM/DEBIT card processors, in order to provide you with a service you have requested.
Our Security Procedures
First LA National Bank has implemented procedures to safeguard our customer’s personal information. Non-public customer information will not be sold or provided to third parties for independent use. Only essential customer information will be collected in order to provide customer service. We will follow all federal and state standards to protect your privacy and your non-public information. Employees who violate these procedures are subject to disciplinary action.
